What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Infant Teacher position at Early Learning Childcare on Dixie?
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher with experience to join our team. Our center has 3 other locations and this one was recently opened in July. Please only apply if you have experience as an infant teacher.
As an infant teacher you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a nurturing and educational environment.
Duties:
- Follow daily schedule and curriculum
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment for children to learn and play
- Provide individualized attention and support to students based on their unique needs --Helping them with washing hands, get into a daily routine, changing diapers, cleaning, and building a relationship with them
- Create a clean and safe environment
- Create a fun learning environment
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment
Requirements
- 3 years of experience working in childcare
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Available to work full time Monday-Friday
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability and want to follow all childcare state regulations and rules

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
