As a Full Time Assistant Teacher in our Head Start program, you will engage with young learners through hands-on activities and structured play that foster their cognitive and social development. You will assist the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans, preparing educational materials, and maintaining a nurturing classroom environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supervising children during various activities, ensuring their safety, and providing individualized support to help each child thrive. You will also communicate regularly with parents and guardians, sharing updates on their child's progress and needs.

Collaborating with fellow educators, you will participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere.
