Harvest Internship Opportunity
Early Mountain is seeking winemaking interns for the 2025 harvest, with internships running from August through late October or early November (season dependent).
Responsibilities:
- Fruit processing: intake, sorting, destemming, crushing, and press operation
- Cleaning and sanitation of the cellar and equipment
- Fermentation monitoring
- Assisting in bottling operations
Requirements:
- Previous harvest experience or related education in viticulture/enology
- Forklift operation experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
This is a paid hourly position, with eligibility for overtime pay.
