We are seeking a talented winemaking intern to join our fast-paced team for the 2025 harvest season. The ideal candidate will have previous experience or related education in viticulture and enology, with a strong passion for innovation and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in fruit processing, including intake, sorting, destemming, crushing, and press operation
- Monitor fermentation and assist in bottling operations
- Participate in cellar cleaning and sanitation activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous harvest experience or related education in viticulture/enology
- Forklift operation experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking skills a plus
Benefits
This is a paid hourly position, with eligibility for overtime pay.
