Natick ASAP - After School Part-time Positions
Part-time (including on-call) positions, non-benefits-eligible, 1 to 5 days per week, max of 18.75 hours per week, approx. 2:00-6:00 PM.
Hourly rate: $16.00 to $23.00 for these 10-month, school-year positions. Rate of pay commensurate with experience and education level. Additional qualifications are required for the paraprofessional part-time positions (hourly rate: $22.00 to $25.00).
Part-time positions: duties include, but are not limited to being responsible for the safety and well-being of students in the program, leading games and activities, providing general program supervision, and supporting social development for grades K-8.
Desired Minimum Qualifications for Part-time:
-A minimum of six months of paid experience working with children in a large group setting.
-Ability to lead large groups, communicate effectively with families and school personnel, and respond proactively to a variety of challenges.
-Additional special education qualifications are required for the paraprofessional positions.
-Be CPR/First Aid certified within the first 3 months of employment and keep current throughout employment.
