Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for infants and walking infants, promoting early learning and developmental milestones.
- Create a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of infants and toddlers throughout the day.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure consistent care and educational practices.
- Maintain up-to-date records on childrens activities, health, and developmental progress.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure learning environment.
- Support the social, emotional, and physical development of each child.
- Infant and Toddler CDA (Child Development Associate) or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with infants or toddlers is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a love for working with young children.
- Ability to maintain a patient, caring, and nurturing attitude.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities for infants and toddlers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
