Overall Purpose :
The Sr. Talent Consultant develops, implements, and administers talent and performance development programs and processes in support of all levels of the Early Warning Services organization.
This critical role provides consultative services to internal clients on change management, performance management, talent management and assessment, succession planning, supporting people-projects, supporting organizational design and reorganization strategies and implementation, leadership planning, and other talent management processes and initiatives supporting EWS values and culture. This position creates and supports execution of solutions that drive a best-in-class employee experience culture that will influence employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Essential Functions :
Consulting
- Evaluates business initiatives to determine the appropriate talent management effectiveness interventions to meet organizational goals.
- Consults with management on talent performance and assesses existing and future resources needed to achieve objectives and accomplish successful business results.
- Acts as a talent coach to internal clients, including mid-level leaders.
- As a member of the People (HR) team, may work on initiatives and projects outside the role’s specific responsibilities, as needed.

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and / or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and / or external customers.
