Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule :

  • Expected hours :  10 - 40 hours / week
  • Shifts : Flexible, based on your availability
  • Location :  Potomac, Maryland

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications :

  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
