We’re hiring a senior-level Data Scientist with extensive experience in multi-omic data integration. This role offers opportunities for impactful discoveries in cancer detection while working collaboratively with top cancer institutions. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Integrating and analyzing different types of multi-omic data (e.g., genomic, epigenomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic).
  • Identifying new diagnostic markers and pathways for early detection.

Must have :

  • PhD / MsC in Biostatistics or a related field with 5 years of experience in multi-omic analysis.
  • Experience integrating multi-omic (DNA, RNA, protein expression) for diagnostic purposes.
  • Strong background in descriptive and predictive statistics.
  • Extensive programming experience.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques.
