Shipping Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our shipping room, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce and basic computer skills, communicate closely with manager, and have excellent attention to detail.

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Perform order picking tasks, ensuring that items are selected accurately according to order specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping processes and resolve any discrepancies.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Package products for orders, choose postage
• Deliver packages to post office daily and separate UPS shipments for pickup
• Prep and ship wholesale and Amazon shipments
• Laser engrave all products
• Laser custom orders and custom items
• Maintain a clean and stocked shipping room
• Oil and stock products for shipping
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Take feedback well.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
