The Brand Copywriter position will report to the Head of Brand & Content.
As the Brand Copywriter, you will :
Lead copy development across Lifecycle, Performance Marketing, and Web channels to drive customer engagement and conversion.Shape and evolve brand voice guidelines based on performance data and market research.Contribute to business strategy through brand-focused initiatives and creative solutions.Partner with Product Marketing to balance business objectives with brand-building goals.Develop compelling marketing copy that educates consumers about financial services value propositions.Drive creative ideation and execution for marketing campaigns across channels.Create and optimize content for digital marketing, web, email, product, and offline advertising.Lead copy testing initiatives to continuously improve creative performance.Collaborate with designers to create cohesive marketing assets that strengthen brand identity.About You :
3 years B2C copywriting experience in either an agency or in-house creative team.Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, journalism, or related field.Proven ability to translate complex topics into accessible consumer-facing content.Demonstrated experience with A / B testing and data-driven copy optimization.Strong track record of successful designer collaboration on campaign launches.Portfolio showcasing diverse copy examples across web, digital marketing, email, and product.Experience analyzing performance metrics and applying insights to improve creative.Understanding of conversion optimization and engagement metrics.Willingness to travel to the Oakland office monthly to collaborate with other Earnies.Where :
This role will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.While you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, we also love to see our Earnies face-to-face! We ask you to join us at our Oakland office for 3 consecutive days a month for team collaboration and some fun. It's a chance to connect, share ideas, and maybe even grab some coffee together!LI-GA1

The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, and budget. This range may be modified in the future.
Pay Range $103,000—$117,000 USD
