What You’ll Do
- Manage and process roughly 60 inbound needs per day, including quotes, orders, and customer questions via email, webstore, and EDI.
- Ensure customers receive their orders on time and with the correct specifications
- Build strong relationships with the team and customers alike.
- Maintain CRM records, modifications, and create new as required.
- Identify and communicate trends that will assist with overall account management and growth.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure timely customer satisfaction and relationship improvement.
- Utilize ISO Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to the role.
- Provide back-up support for customer requests relating to but not limited to; tracking of orders, expedites, RMAs, Packing Slips, BOLs, and Material Certs.
- Able to make decisions independently
- Comfortable with working in an inbound/outbound sales environment
- Grasps basic math/profitability concepts
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoys an environment of active growth and change.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
