We’re looking for a motivated Level 1 IT Technician to join our team and grow with us.
About the Role
As a Level 1 IT Technician, you’ll be the first line of support for our clients, helping resolve technical issues, assisting with troubleshooting, and escalating problems when needed. You’ll gain hands-on experience across various technologies while working with a supportive team that values learning and professional growth.
What You’ll Do
- Provide front-line technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues related to Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, printers, networking, and other common business IT systems.
- Document tickets, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in our IT service management system.
- Assist with new user setups, password resets, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 technicians as needed.
- Help maintain and update documentation for client environments.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role (MSP experience is a plus but not required).
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with remote support tools, Active Directory, and Ticketing Systems are important. Autotask & Datto RMM experience a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow troubleshooting steps.
- Candidate Should be able to communicate well and have good customer service skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Any IT certifications (CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft Fundamentals, etc.) are a plus but not required.
