Full-Time Accounts Receivable Clerical position available with Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale!

Work for one of the largest and most exciting automotive groups in Arizona; Earnhardt Auto Centers!

Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking person to fill this role.

Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have current and valid domestic driver's license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record and have the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Sort files and documents
• Create or update records with new files and information
• Posting inventory/data entry
• Answer phone calls and emails regarding documents in a professional manner
• Ensure important documents are stored securely
• Additional tasks as requested by management
  
  

Requirements

• Must have exceptional organization skills
• Accounts receivable experience
• Pay close attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent customer service
• Phone answering skills
• Billing experience
• Flexibility changing requirements
