What we need:
Earnhardt Queen Creek CDJR is ready to add an outstanding Service Director to join our team!
Immediate placement in one of our stores is available! The ideal candidate should have experience working for a new-car franchise automotive dealership (or group) in the Service space; with proven success managing an efficient team.
A great candidate for this role should exhibit the following experience and characteristics:
- 5 years in the Service/Parts/Fixed Ops space
- A leader that can recruit and build a great team of advisors and technicians
- Experience managing (and a proven successful history of meeting) CSI expectations & objectives
- A great administrator, capable of working with both OEM and Corporate guidance to meet internal and enterprise objectives
- Well-organized and excellent communicator; highly effective with both written and verbal communications to peers, superiors, stakeholders, employees and customers
- Proven success as a team-builder with great verbal and written communication skills
- Integrating service department process with sales teams to ensure 'whole-house wins' for the dealership
- Successful oversight with regards to Warranty Admin and audit-risk reduction
- Ambition and drive to become the district leader on "Sales-per-R.O."
- Overachiever with regards to sales on manufacturer targeted commodities
- Managing an efficient Hours per R.O. Ratio
A deep, functional understanding of supporting software systems critical to a service operation, is required. Systems experience and expertise should include:
- Scheduling Software
- POS software
- MPI tools
- Customer communication tools
College level education is preferred but not required. Experience is an important factor in hiring.
Experience working with domestic manufacturers is a plus but not required.
