POSITION SUMMARY
We’re redefining how people access their pay—making it faster, easier, and more flexible. As General Manager of our Early Pay Access division, you’ll lead the charge in expanding access to earned wages, driving innovation, and scaling our products. This role requires a strategic leader with deep experience in banking and card partnerships to go to market for new products and navigate complex financial ecosystems while delivering exceptional user experiences.
This full-time, hybrid role based in Mountain View (HQ) requires three days per week in the office. The U.S. base salary range is $275,200- $405,000, plus benefits and equity ownership in the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own & Drive Growth – Lead the business unit with full P&L responsibility, focusing on growth, retention, and optimizing unit economics.
- Shape the Future – Work with our CEO to jointly define the vision for our banked early wage access products, driving innovation and impact.
- Build & Lead a High-Performing Team – Recruit, develop, and manage a global team to bring this vision to life.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines – Work with dedicated Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Financial Analysts, Risk Management, and Marketers to drive success.
- Create a Culture of Agility – Foster a fast-paced, iterative environment that accelerates product development and market impact.
- Lead with Influence – Align multiple teams, manage competing priorities, and cultivate a culture of effective communication, collaboration, and execution.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10 years of proven hands-on experience in consumer product management, with a track record of shipping innovative and engaging products.
- 10 years of experience as a team builder and leader in hiring, developing, and managing high-performing teams.
- 5 years of experience as a General Manager, overseeing business performance and profitability.
- 7 years of experience working with banking partnerships, designing products that meet compliance and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data for product optimization and business growth.
- Deep empathy for users, with a history of building products that address real needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to align teams and influence stakeholders.
- MBA or an advanced degree desired.
