WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Engage with all departments, e.g., engineering, marketing, legal, and finance, to understand their challenges, discover opportunities for AI integration, and propose solutions to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Design, implement, and maintain custom AI solutions tailored to the specific needs of internal teams, enhancing processes and decision-making capabilities.
- Ensure AI solutions meet quality standards, data protection, and privacy requirements.
- Gather feedback from internal users to iterate on AI solutions, ensuring they adapt to evolving needs and deliver tangible impact. Drive adoption of AI solutions.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to equip internal teams with the knowledge and tools to utilize AI solutions effectively.
- Assist in shaping AI strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, ensuring AI initiatives deliver maximum value.
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI to incorporate relevant innovations into internal solutions. Present findings, progress updates, and future proposals to stakeholders, including team members and executive leadership. Lead procurement /RFx process for external AI vendors and tools.
- Define and monitor KPIs to quantify AI’s impact on productivity. Regularly analyze and present KPI trends to leadership.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; a graduate degree is a plus.
- 4 years of proven experience as an AI Solutions Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful AI projects that drove productivity.
- Exceptional ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with strong project management skills to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of work and meeting deadlines.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python; experience with AI frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex challenges and provide effective solutions, making data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
