Position Summary

This is a senior individual contributor role. Nothing is more important than the trust our customers have placed in us. EarnIn Design & Research is responsible for fostering that trust—through diligent customer research and innovative product strategy, all in the service of crafting high-quality user experiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$223,000 equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This role will be primarily in the office of Mountain View and will require hybrid work from the office each week with 2 days in the office.

What You'll Do

• Influence EarnIn's visual and motion design strategy across all product verticals, working with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to bring a great experience to life.
• Collaborate with other designers to ensure a consistent experience & design language across our platform.
• Execute and contribute to our design system and processes.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• You have 7 years of experience working with product teams to ship consumer products. You have specialist experience in motion and animation design.
• You’re a skilled collaborator: you understand how to plan projects, have excellent etiquette around others’ ideas, and can get the best out of your colleagues.
• You’re prolific - you’re much more of a maker than a talker. You use your work to explore many possible solutions to a customer need.
• You use proven principles and tools across the end-to-end design process.
• Excellent thinking and communication skills (because you’re a designer). You’re skilled at arguing for your point of view, designs, and giving/receiving feedback.
• You’re curious: You work from customer needs first.
• You have a passion for impactful financial technology.
• You are a a humble, quick learner who’s comfortable with change.
