POSITION SUMMARY
We are working hard on innovative ways to enable financial momentum for customers. We are looking to hire a leader to head a new effort to help customers save and build their credit scores. This product relies on a bank partner, and we’d need a leader who has experience in such complex partnerships. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,400 - $267,000 benefits. We’ll also provide you with an ownership stake in the company. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This is a Palo Alto (Headquarters) based position that will require a minimum of 3 days a week in the office with the flexibility to be full-time in-person depending on responsibilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape the vision for a new product, starting from scratch.
- Once built and shipped, own the business unit for your product. You’ll be responsible for the P&L for the business, efforts to facilitate growth, retention, and unit economics.
- This is an IC position, but you will have dotted line responsibility for the engineering team, designer, and marketing partner. Your job is to make sure they all work in unison to execute on the same vision
- Create a fast-paced environment facilitating product iterations and growth
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6 years of hands-on experience in consumer-facing product management experience with a strong product sense developed by shipping delightful & innovative consumer products
- 3 years of experience in banking partnership, including designing products and processes to meet the compliance and regulation requirements in such products.
- Strong analytical skills in leveraging data to drive product decisions and improve metrics
- Deep user empathy and experience building products based on user needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
