Position Summary
EarnIn is looking for a Strategy & Operations Program Manager to join the Office of the CEO, reporting to the Chief of Staff / Sr. Director of Strategy. This individual will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing program timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful program execution. They will also be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for programs and championing proposals to gain input, support, and funding.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills to drive business objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes. It presents a unique opportunity for the candidate who is excited about working on high-impact, company-wide projects that support strategy and drive growth.
This position is open to hybrid applicants based in the Bay Area. This role will require in-office work 2-3 days a week in our Mountain View Office. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $146,000-179,300 equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
What You’ll Do:
- Program Strategy & Execution: Develop and oversee strategic, high-impact programs that drive innovation, scalability, and operational efficiency across the company.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with key stakeholders across all functions — including Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Government Relations, People Experience, Finance, Communications, and Marketing — to ensure program alignment and execution.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential roadblocks, dependencies, and risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth program execution.
- Regulatory & Compliance Integration: Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure that programs adhere to evolving financial regulations, risk requirements, and industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Act as the central point of contact for program updates, providing clear, data-driven insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate program effectiveness, leveraging agile methodologies and fintech best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Technology & Product Enablement: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to drive innovation and implement scalable solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or a similar role within fintech, banking, management consulting, or a fast-growing tech company
- Proven experience in managing company-wide, cross-functional programs
- Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities
- Proficiency in program management tools (Jira, Confluence, Monday, or similar)
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new subjects quickly
- BS/BA required
