Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Video Editor to join our creative team. This role will play a critical part in developing compelling video content for our marketing efforts, including user acquisition (UA) video cuts, brand storytelling and product videos. The Video Editor will work cross-functionally with the creative team, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver engaging, high-quality videos that drive business impact.
This role will report to the Creative Director.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000 - $165,000 equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with Creative Leads, providing input and creative direction for industry-leading video content.
- Edit and deliver a high volume of user acquisition video cuts per month, ensuring they meet brand and performance standards.
- Produce videos for EarnIn’s suite of products by specified deadlines
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize video content for various digital platforms, including social media and web.
- Enhance and refine video content, including color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects as needed.
- Stay up to date with video trends, best practices, and platform-specific requirements to ensure content remains competitive.
- Maintain an efficient video post-production workflow, managing file organization, version control, and feedback loops.
What We’re Looking For
- 12 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising setting.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant video editing software.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Experience in creating high-performing direct response and user acquisition videos.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with social media and paid ad platform video specs (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, with an eye for brand consistency and messaging.
- Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, animation, or scripting for video content.
- A portfolio showcasing video editing expertise
