What are the responsibilities and job description for the Growth Marketing Manager position at Earnix?
As the Growth Marketing Manager, North America, you will own and drive Earnix’s omni-channel campaign initiatives to engage new and existing prospects to grow, improve and accelerate our pipeline. Reporting to the Global Growth Marketing Leader, you will build a strategic framework of integrated campaigns focusing on large and mid-sized Carriers executed with strong attention to detail.
What you’ll do :
Create, execute, and optimize ongoing and custom Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
Develop a segmented and persona-based approach to deliver highly personalized engagements at scale.
Discover and capitalize on new and innovative ways to reach relevant prospects at the right time with the right message.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and other Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
Maintain a relentless focus on pipeline growth and continuous improvement

Direct experience utilizing Gen AI tools like ChatGPT and Writer to boost marketing efficiency.
Strong problem-solving and project prioritization skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
