Lead and own the sales process, from strategy to execution, driving success across your team.
Manage a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and leadership to help them qualify prospects, deliver tailored value propositions, conduct product demos, respond to RFPs, create proposals, and ultimately close deals.
Develop and refine sales strategies that effectively communicate Earnix’s unique software value, aligning our solutions with client needs and business objectives, while addressing their pain points.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including Professional Services, Product, and Technical teams, to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions and to meet business goals.
You’ll do it using:
- 5 years of successful sales management experience in the software or fintech industry, with a proven track record of building, leading, and motivating high-performance sales teams.
- Expertise in the insurance or banking industries, with a deep understanding of digital transformation and how these sectors are evolving with technology.
- A strategic mindset: ability to create and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
- Experience managing global, remote teams and collaborating across time zones to ensure alignment and success.
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to achieve their best.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead your team and interact with clients at all levels.
- A hands-on approach, willing to roll up your sleeves to drive deals and ensure the success of the team.
- Willingness to travel extensively when required.
