Earth Breeze is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Director to oversee the optimization and scaling of our manufacturing processes. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous refinement of processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading Process Design & Optimization: Develop and implement efficient processes for liquid blending, solids blending, and substrate converting.
- Scaling Up New Products: Partner with R&D teams to transition new formulas and processes from lab-scale to full-scale production.
- Ensuring Quality and Compliance: Maintain rigorous process documentation, including SOPs and batch records, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
