Earth Breeze is a dynamic company that requires a Senior Process Engineer to optimize and scale our manufacturing processes. This role involves taking new product formulations from R&D to full-scale production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing production processes, troubleshooting operational challenges, and ensuring seamless scale-up of new formulas. As a Senior Process Engineer at Earth Breeze, you will lead process design & optimization, scale up new products, enhance plant operations, support manufacturing site setup, drive data-driven decisions, ensure quality & compliance, train & mentor teams, and ensure safety & environmental compliance.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, specifically in liquid blending, solids blending, and substrate converting.
- Hands-on experience scaling up processes from lab-scale to full-scale production.
- Strong background in manufacturing site setup, equipment commissioning, and process optimization.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex process issues and drive efficiency improvements.
- Proficiency in process modeling, data analysis, and statistical tools (e.g., CPK, value stream mapping, Pareto charts, fishbone diagrams).
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to travel up to 20% initially (10% ongoing) for site visits and process scale-ups.
