As a Senior Process Engineer at Earth Breeze, you will be instrumental in taking new product formulations from R&D to full-scale production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves leading process design & optimization, scaling up new products, enhancing plant operations, supporting manufacturing site setup, driving data-driven decisions, ensuring quality & compliance, training & mentoring teams, and ensuring safety & environmental compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing site setup, equipment commissioning, and process optimization, as well as proven ability to troubleshoot complex process issues and drive efficiency improvements. Proficiency in process modeling, data analysis, and statistical tools (e.g., CPK, value stream mapping, Pareto charts, fishbone diagrams) is also essential.
