Job Title: Residential/Commercial Cleaner

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay:

• $15/hour during training
• $18/hour after training until probation ends
• Up to $21/hour after probation period

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team! We are an earth friendly cleaning company using all-natural, handmade products.

This position will include shifts every weekend in addition to some weekday shifts. If you are passionate about creating clean and welcoming spaces and take pride in your work, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and organize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Follow a cleaning schedule and checklist tailored to client preferences.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Reliable vehicle for transportation to and from job sites.
• Dependable and punctual with a professional attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
