Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with their landscape projects and help along with advice and instuctions.
- Deliver landscape materials in dump trucks to job sites.
- Manage cash handling processes accurately when necessary.
- Some heavy lifting.
- Be able to take direction and give direction
- Knowledge of how to operate a fork lift and front end loader a BONUS!
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions quickly.
- Demonstrated cash handling experience is a plus.
- A friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
