Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Train and develop sales clerks to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
- Maintain inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing store displays and merchandising
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
- Familiarity with training and development techniques
