Earth Grown KidDoughs is a Handcrafted Sensory Play Products company hiring a new Play Kit Assembler. About this Position: Your role in our team as a Play Kit Maker/Production Assistant is to work with our production team to quickly and artfully arrange and package our Sensory Play Kits into retail packaging. We take tremendous pride in the presentation of our kits, so ability to visual merchandise, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed oral and written directions is a must! Our ideal candidate would be excited about the creative aspect of this position, but also a very efficient and detail oriented worker with good time management skills. Directly related experience is not necessary, as long as you are highly accurate, fast paced, goal-driven, and willing to learn. Production, packaging, kitting or related experience is preferred.

Schedule: 30-40 hours of work per week. Some flexibility available with exact days/times. Located in the Vancouver Mall area.
Daily Duties Include: Arranging play pieces into creative scenes in retail packaging and prep work such as filling glitter/sprinkle jars, unwrapping pieces, sorting kit ingredients, printing stickers and stickering items.
Physical Requirements: Can require lifting boxes of product up to 50 pounds.
Salary: Starts $18/Hour. After 30 days probationary period, added PTO and employee discount. Performance based raises assessed every 6 months.
