We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Production Line Manager to oversee our production process and ensure smooth daily operations. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively. The Production Line Manager will be responsible for managing production staff, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure efficient and timely production.
- Monitor production goals, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the production environment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Train and motivate team members to enhance productivity and quality.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the production line.
- Ensure inventory and materials are available for the production process.
- Maintain records of production activities and report on key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
