Production Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Line Manager to oversee the production of our skincare products, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is all about keeping things on track—making sure products are made correctly according to their spec sheets, production stays on schedule, and all necessary materials are ordered and available when needed. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and great at problem-solving, with the ability to keep operations running seamlessly while working closely with different teams.

Duties

• Ensure products are manufactured to spec, maintaining quality and consistency.

• Monitor production schedules to keep things running on time and troubleshoot any delays.

• Oversee inventory and ordering, making sure all necessary materials and supplies are available.

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues.

• Work with suppliers and vendors to maintain stock levels and manage lead times.

• Keep track of performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

• Communicate with other departments, including operations and quality control, to keep everything aligned.

Experience

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or operations, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or a similar industry.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Experience with inventory management and working with suppliers is a plus.

• A proactive, hands-on approach to ensuring everything stays on schedule and up to standard.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
