Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will have experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line processes. As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring that products are assembled and fabricated efficiently and according to quality standards.
Duties
- Operate various hand tools and power tools to assemble components and fabricate products.
- Work on the assembly line, following established procedures to ensure timely production.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in the operation of forklifts as needed for material handling (certification preferred).
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with equipment as they arise.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery relevant to production tasks.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment.
- Ability to work effectively on an assembly line and adapt to various tasks as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required by job duties.
- Must be a team player with good communication skills.
