Job Description
Earth Resources Corp. (ERC) is seeking a HR Operations Generalist to join our team. This position will be onsite at our office in Dewey, Arizona and provide ongoing support to business leaders and employees while working to advance business goals and strengthen the culture and values at ERC. Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administration & Recruitment
- Tracking staffing numbers - how many new people need to be hired
- Recruitment & communication with Candidates
- Creating clear, specific job descriptions
- Creating and maintaining company policies/procedures
- Drafting and Extending Employment Offers
- Non-disclosure agreements
- Personal Employee data
- Sourcing talent by posting to job boards, reaching out on social media, etc.
- Overseeing the interview process
- Tracking New Hires or Terminations for EEO, EEOC support where/when applicable
Payroll and Benefits
- Payroll software for Benefits – VISTA

Training
- Understanding the company’s overall training needs
- Creating Engaging On boarding Experience in training policies and procedures
- Determining what role-specific training each employee needs based on their skill gaps
- Keeping track of licenses and certifications, especially for those in roles where a license or certification is required.
- Conducting 90-day and annual reviews to follow up on employee training and provide a refresher if necessary
Requirements/Qualifications
- Degree/Certification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Valid experience may substitute for formal education
- 3 years of direct experience in Human Resources, and Staffing/Recruiting
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- HR Strategies that align with our Mission Statement: values, mission and vision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective listening and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Effective presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers, employees, and management
- Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision, and drive tasks and projects to completion
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications
· PHR/SHRM certification
· Prior HR experience
