Job Summary:

We are seeking a charismatic, energetic, knowledgeable and engaging Budtender to join our exceptional team at Earth Wind and Flower. The mission is curating a quality selection of cannabis products and providing a personalized patient experience through fact-based education. We are committed to quality sourced product, personalized customer service, and fact-based education.

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods

- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and needs

- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system

- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked

- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis

- Keep the dispensary clean and organized

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations

Qualifications:

-OMMA Credential for industry employment is required.

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively educate and assist customers

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus)

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
