Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Servers and Bartender to join our team. The ideal Bar candidate will have knowledge in mixology and show a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Bartender Duties:
- As a Bartender you will serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the bar and restaurant and ensure that all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations while preparing drinks and serving food items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food offerings.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and special promotions to enhance guest experience.
Server Duties:
As a server, you'll be the friendly face of our restaurant. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while taking orders, delivering food and beverages to the guests, and ensuring an overall positive experience.
Server Responsibilities:
- Answer questions about menu items and specials, making recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders, noting any special requests and/or dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in serving and/or bartending is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Food and Alcohol Safety Certification is also preferred; however a willingness to obtain certification is expected.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
