Earthborne Trucks and Equipment is a leading provider for equipment and solutions, dedicated to helping contractors, landscapers, and hardscapers professionals excel in their work. With a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a Heavy Equipment Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.
As a Heavy Equipment Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in the territory. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the best equipment solutions from our product portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, from small landscaping businesses to large forestry operations. The territory will specifically focus on Philadelphia and Montgomery County.

Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with target customers, build strong and lasting relationships, and understand their unique needs and challenges.
- Present our value proposition and innovative solutions to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits and advantages of our company.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for product demonstrations, cold calls, and customer growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and provide valuable insights to the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and continuously educate yourself on industry advancements.
- Uphold our Core Values and reputation as a trusted partner by delivering outstanding customer service and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track progress, report on sales activities, and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Previous successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network and existing relationships within the Philadelphia and Montgomery County markets.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a positive outgoing personality and a great work ethic.
- Strong business acumen and cold calling expertise in Construction and Landscaping sectors.
- Must be able to grow new customers and get to the Decision maker. person
- Candidates must live with in the territory.
- CDL License a plus. Knowledge of driving with a trailer and properly secure equipment for transport.
