We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with Call Center Experience to join our dynamic team and help us develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and support our customer service teams.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and customer service objectives.
- Collaborate with the call center team to create marketing campaigns based on customer insights, feedback, and service data.
- Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, digital ads, social media, and direct marketing.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, focusing on key metrics such as customer engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Work closely with the customer service department to align marketing messages with customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing and customer service efforts.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a call center environment or customer service-related role.
- Strong understanding of call center operations and how marketing strategies can enhance customer experience.
- Proven ability to manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience in data analysis and using insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
