Overview of Position :

As a Senior Graphic Designer you will work with the Creative Director to understand client needs to bring their brand identity to life through various mediums including PowerPoint, Logos, Packaging, and other templates. Must be able to work creatively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent follow-through on all assigned projects, comfortable taking direction and being given feedback. Please note you do NOT need to know coding, this is strictly for layout / creative assets.

Responsibilities :

Work with specific brands to understand and bring to life their visual identity.

Find ways to tell a brand story in presentation mediums such as PowerPoint in unique and innovative ways

Create brand books based on visual identity.

Use brand guidelines to create logos.

Build out style guides based on specific brand identity.

Create packaging designs for specific brands.

Work with manufacturers die lines, existing design files, and style guides to develop production-ready designs.

Brainstorm with creative team to develop design concepts, gather research and build mood boards.

Contribute to greater Creative team as needed

Maintain, organize and update digital brand assets on server.

Ability to worksimultaneously on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Communicate with senior team members to receive feedback.

Liaising effectively with other departments.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Associate's or Bachelor'sDegree in Fine ArtDesign, Marketing, Graphics or related discipline

5 years of experience

Portfolio of design work

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Proficiency in Figma.

Fluent in Mac platform

Working knowledge of MS Office, Apple Keynote

Strong eye for design

Team player with strong communication skills & good attitude

Ability to pick up concepts and brand voice easily

Ability to learn on the job and adapt to work needs quickly and efficiently in fast-paced setting on multiple projects- agility and flexibility is key.

Time management skills & ability to meet project deadlines

The ability to see projects through from inception toproduction with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team

The motivation to maintain and improve design standards

The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve

Ability to present new ideas to team and management.

Experience with 3D rendering

Hourly Rate : Open to discussion

Full time salary range : $80-$100k

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
