Salary: $50,000 - $62,000 (Based on Experience)

Who You Are

As a Guest Relations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our company's reputation for excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone or email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our journeys and policies.
  • Handle customer questions or issues with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist with processing reservations and occasional cancellations.
  • Maintain guest records and update account information as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities for guest feedback and work with management to improve service delivery.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, guest satisfaction


Key Qualities and Skills Needed:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically and resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively.

  • Time Management: Capable of handling a high volume of guest inquiries while maintaining quality service.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using customer service software, CRM tools, and other technology to assist customers.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new processes or technology as needed.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments.
  • Positive Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Multitasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Effectively prioritize tasks and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
  • Sales Skills (Optional but a Plus): Ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer needs.
