We are seeking an analytical and goal-oriented Director Supply Chain to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

·         Lead the strategic planning and execution of supply chain, purchasing, and procurement activities

·         Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to grow the supplier database

·         Negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimize value

·         Oversee logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting

·         Implement process improvements and technological processes to enhance efficiency in line with the company’s overall goals and objectives

·         Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals

·         Manage and mentor the supply chain and purchasing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

·         Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide

·         Submit weekly reports to upper management

Qualifications:

·         10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

·         Expertise in global supply chain management and international trade regulations

·         Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., Mysis, SAP, Oracle) and ERP systems (e.g. Sage)

·         Proven track record of improving supply chain processes

·         Expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management

·         Excellent communication and leadership abilities

·         Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

·         Certifications in supply chain management preferred
