About the position:
Our Customer Relations team supports our online audience by responding to comments and questions on Earthley’s social media pages. The Team Lead enthusiastic, high-energy leader with the ability to remain calm and engage with the rest of the Customer Relations teams and with customers in a positive manner. Passion for natural health and Earthley's mission is a must for this position. We'll only be considering applicants in the Columbus, Ohio area.
Essential Functions:
- Support team Customer Relations team by communicating goals, sharing updates, and providing feedback.
- Create the team schedule to ensure shifts are being covered.
- Assist Customer Relations with addressing comments and questions on Earthley’s social media pages using Agorapulse as needed.
- Use social media to promote Earthley brand and products.
- Share relevant links to quizzes, articles, or products.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Passionate and knowledgeable about Earthley brand and natural healthcare.
- Proven experience in a customer leadership service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with team communication platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams)
- Experience with social media management platforms (Agorapulse), and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
