About the position:

Our quality team ensures the quality and accuracy of Earthley's products and processes. This includes implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and collaborating with various departments to drive improvement. The ideal candidate has previous quality assurance experience; knowledge of FDA standards and Earthley products are a plus.

Essential Functions:

  • Gain a strong understanding of Earthleys quality standards and regularly perform inspections to ensure that products meet specifications.

  • Perform quality checks of incoming raw materials and packaging.

  • Maintain accurate records of quality checks, inspections, and test results and provide feedback.

  • Assist team in identifying issues and eliminating defects in production, procurement and with customers.

  • Audit and approve documentation.

  • Have knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements and ensure that standards are being adhered to.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality standards

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in using quality control tools and software

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills
