Role: Graphic Designer
Company Overview: Earthlight Technologies is a family owned and operated business based in Ellington, CT with a small branch of our company in Silverton, OR. We specialize in solutions for residential solar, commercial solar, EV charging Stations, commercial energy efficiency, and Energy Storage. Our mission and goal is to make the process easy and seamless and to provide customers with the highest quality products, performance, consistency, and value.
Position Overview: We are currently looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to expand our marketing department within a financially stable and growing organization, with strong leadership and mentoring. The Graphic Designer would work out of our Ellington, CT HQ office and support both the OR and CT branches, with a strong focus in graphic design.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop graphics, illustrations, visuals and copy for various digital channels, including social media, website, podcast, email campaigns, and more.
- Design marketing materials, infographics, banners, and advertisements that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative design concepts that convey our brand message effectively.
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite and Canva).
- Have a detailed understanding of our products and services in order to best showcase our brand to our target audiences.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
- Source, prepare for, and attend community and networking events, including set-up and break-down of the booth.
- Graphic Designer is responsible for the above job responsibilities and other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing
- 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with portfolio of graphic designs required with application
- Outgoing, friendly, and independent personality, motivated to grow
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

Compensation: $60,000.00 – 70,000.00 per year
