What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Receptionist position at Earthling Day Spa & Pilates Studio?
We are looking for a Spa Receptionist for our day spa and boutique. As a front desk coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both on the phone and in welcoming them into the spa.
We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask. Previous spa or retail experience is preferred. Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
Our hours are Mon-Fri 9-7, Sat 9-5, Sun 12-5. We are open to hiring someone part time (15-25 hr/week) or full time (30-40 hrs/week)
The hourly rate will be based on experience. Earthling offers some of the highest pay rates in the industry and we value our employees by giving regular raises based on performance.
We are looking for detail-oriented candidates with a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Listen to the client's needs and schedule preferred services
- Welcome spa guests and show them to our locker and relaxation areas
- Bring the client necessary paperwork, robe, and slippers
- Assist clients in the spa boutique with skincare, bath/body products, jewelry, and more
Earthling Day Spa has been locally owned and operated for over 30 years. We are a team of 25 Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Nail Technicians, and Receptionists working together in a beautiful spa setting. We are looking for a receptionist with a positive attitude that enjoys working with others as part of a team. With the right person, there is potential for advancement into further roles at Earthling.
