Inside Sales Expert

This is not a remote position and requires the successful candidate to commute to our facility for work.
What You'll Do:
- As an Inside Sales Expert, you will sell our EarthLink products and services. These will be inbound phone calls from consumers looking for EarthLink and or internet/mobile providers in general.
- Your goal is to establish rapport, deliver maximum product value, overcome hesitations, and close the sale in just one call, while maintaining above average customer satisfaction scores.
- Manage numerous inbound calls in a timely manner, and also handle chats and some outbound calls.
- Assist potential customers with product availability, pricing, & enrollment
- Understand customer needs and determine appropriate course of action to meet those needs
- Work under time constraints, and process information quickly and accurately
- Engage with customers and build sustainable relationships by exceeding their expectations
- Empathy: Must have the ability to imagine yourself in the customers position and make suggestions related to their needs.
- Focus: Focus on the company’s mission to ensure sales and meet goals.
- Autonomy: Work independently and must manage their time efficiently to successfully make sales.
- Positivity: Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Confidence: Must be confident in their ability to sale the company’s product or service to customers.
What You'll Need:
- Persuasive communication and people skills
- Must have excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies.
- Ability to explain product features and explain benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands.
- Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customer needs.
- Resilience and a willingness to handle rejection in a positive way.
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to listen to the customer's needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, process information and respond to change
- Computer skills including Teams & Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask is crucial to this position.

- We are a performance-based company, with unlimited earning potential. Targeted earnings are $50,000 with top sales experts making upwards of $65,000 (commission plus hourly).

Preferred or Required Experience and Duties
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 1 years’ experience selling phone, internet, insurance, or TV services
- 1 years of telecommunication/retail sales experience
- 1 years of contact center experience
