EarthSafe Chemical Alternatives is recruiting for a financial professional for our Part-time Staff Accountant position. A bachelor’s degree with a major in finance is required.
Responsibilities:
- Post E-Commerce - Amazon Weekly Sales
- Checking accounting records for accuracy
- Creating and processing customer invoices
- Processing of weekly vendor check runs
- Processing of wires and ACH transactions
- Maintaining vendor files and records
- Inventory and Purchasing Management
- Follow-up on Past Due Receivables
Skills:
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and trustworthiness
- Business Central - Accounting Software Experience
- Word and Excel experience
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with others including all levels of management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
