Position: Groomer
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests, helping them find the right products, and educating them about our offerings.
- Cross-sell products from all categories, ensuring that each customer leaves with everything they need for their pets.
- Meet personal and store sales goals, while helping to merchandise visually engaging product displays.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe store environment, ensuring that shelves are stocked, and pathways are clear.
- Process transactions, manage inventory, and track customer data using our POS system.
- Assist with marketing efforts, building community relationships with rescues, vets, and local pet businesses.
- Participate in training programs and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company procedures.
- Help maintain store operations, including inventory, signage, and promotional displays.
