About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Success Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive top-tier support in navigating compliance requirements. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and mortgage industry knowledge to assist brokers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and EASE Compliance Advisors.
- Provide responsive, professional support to mortgage brokers regarding compliance requirements, licensing, audits, and regulatory filings.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our compliance programs.
- Proactively follow up with clients to address questions, provide updates, and ensure ongoing compliance support.
- Collaborate with our internal team to escalate and resolve more complex compliance matters.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support requests.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in compliance, or licensing.
- Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and familiarity with mortgage workflows.
- Customer-facing or borrower-facing experience in a professional mortgage setting.
- Strong understanding of mortgage regulations and licensing requirements (NMLS knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain compliance concepts clearly and professionally.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently as a contractor.
- Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems, email management, and online tools for client tracking.
