Summary: The Warehouse Manager directs the implementation and execution of the warehouse department’s best practices, policies and procedures that meet or exceed company goals of safety, quality customer service, SLA achievement, and bottom-line profitability. Overall responsibility includes full adoption and use of existing and new technologies and systems to maximize efficiency in the operation. A key role of this individual is the development of a cohesive team of warehouse supervisors and/or warehouse associates who together will perform the tasks necessary to deliver high level of customer service according EASE Mission Vison and Values
Operational Expectations:
- Oversees the planning and execution of all warehouse functions including resource allocation, coordination with Customer Success and Quality department and transportation partners, scheduling systems, facility management, storage and security, and opening and closing procedures.
- Develops and drives culture of accountability by directing comprehensive training program throughout the warehouse, continually assessing and reporting on operational performance, recognizing successes and following on all coaching, development or discipline as required.

- Promote and maintain a mindset of continuous improvement and LEAN/5S principles throughout the warehouse and bringing new ideas and technologies forward.
- Directs the activities involved in the efficient movement of product including accurate and complete receipt, storage and distribution through the WMS and other systems as required, maximizing the contrasting balance of space and labor efficiencies, resources and avoiding waste or damages.
- Responsible for leading cross functional team on the development of warehouse best practices and supporting same for other departments to achieve and overall cohesive and connected set of operational policy and procedures applicable to all customers.
- Responsible for the implementation and execution of agreed upon best practices, procedures and controls for the safe and efficient movement and preservation of products.
- Directly accountable for the successful implementation, assessment, and transition of all new operational initiatives affecting the warehouse operation.
- Build and sustain a culture of using quantifiable metrics, audit results, and other information to plan and manage the warehouse operation on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to drive cost savings through continual improvement.
- Guides warehouse management across all facilities regarding resource sharing to accommodate daily, weekly, monthly customer volume surges or changes.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or related degree preferred.
- Supply Chain Certification preferred.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of total warehouse experience.
- Self-starter who can oversee projects and drive for results.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of professionals.
- Ability to partner with other departments.
- Detailed and service oriented.
- Ability to meet strict time deadlines and multitask.
- Well-developed Excel, Word and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) skills
